Privacy policy

If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone we process the details you provide: name, email address, telephone number, company, the subject and your message. The purpose is to answer you and handle the matter, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The details are not used for anything else and are not passed on for marketing purposes.

The form is sent as email through Resend, Inc. in the USA, which processes the data on our behalf under the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. The form is protected against automated submissions by a bot check from Cloudflare, which reads technical details about your browser.

The data controller is Ljungby Komposit AB, company registration number 556793-7874, Vera Sandbergs gata 10, 341 31 Ljungby, Sweden.

Nothing is stored on your device until you have chosen. The first time you arrive, a dialog asks whether statistics may be measured. If you say no, or do not answer, no measurement script loads and no cookie is set. Your choice itself is kept in the browser's local storage for one year, so you are not asked on every page.

You can change your mind at any time via the link Change cookie choice in the footer. If you withdraw your consent, the statistics cookies are deleted and measurement stops from that moment.

If you accept statistics, Google Analytics 4 is loaded and two cookies are set, _ga and _ga_JV80KW1ETN, which distinguish returning visits from new ones. They expire after thirteen months. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it.

What is measured is which pages are read, for how long, which page you came from, roughly where in the country the visit comes from, plus device, operating system and browser. Your full IP address is not stored. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off. The data is kept for fourteen months and then deleted.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The pages are served by Vercel, whose built-in visit counting is enabled. It sets no cookies, reads nothing from your browser and stores nothing on your device, and therefore does not require your consent. Visitors are told apart by a temporary code derived from the request itself and discarded after 24 hours. Your IP address is not stored. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f), and you have the right to object under Article 21.

The provider is Vercel Inc. in the USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to the processing and to request erasure. Contact us using the details under Contact.
